Why everyone is leaving?

Jus last month, one of the manager in my dept left. This month, my DD is also leaving. Why everyone is leaving except me :(

We gave a treat to her at Teochew city last fri. I'm gg to scrap a card for her.

We are going to merge with another dept. That director is a scary woman. I really hope to get a job soon. Why i got no luck :( God, please bless me to get a job soon. Please.................................................................
