Buay tahan my boss

Now my boss not only spot me, alot of my colleagues also kanna. He said he's busy and yet he can pick on each of our individual email and comment. Can you imagine? Whatever i send, i really dont feel like cc him but i cant. He everything also want to comment. How to work like that? Now whenever i want to send something, i will scare that i say wrongly. Continue like that, i will make more mistakes..... God, really piss off with him
