Ugly working world

Today I just found out a despicable act of my boss. He’s so sly. When he send email to us, he actually BCC to our big boss. How can he like that? My god, I don’t know if any of my emails BCC to them or not. Cannot imagine working with such a person. After so many years here, I can see that all the old staffs are like that. For those who start from scratch and promote to Manager ones are worse. The working world is so scary

Phootshooting

Today is our photoshooting day. Early in the morning, i found out that i come that thing!!!!! I am so lucky lor. It suppose to come on 18 and it missed and now it actually pick on my phootshoot day to come!!!!!!!!! Sianz.

We're supposed to reach the phootshoot studio at 10am. We thought that if we reach early, we can finish the indoor faster then can go for outdoor scenes. We finish make up before 11am and the photographer is late! He came at almost 11.45.

I was waiting until i dun feel like taking photo already. Somemore i come that thing, my body is aching and previous night couldn't sleep well.
When he came, he still dare to say who ask us to reach so early. What a thing to say. I was already very pissed with his lateness.

During the photoshoot, he is not very helpful. We're not professional models, of course don't know how to smile. He keep saying that he has reminded us so many times and we keep making the same mistakes. Hey, come on, it's not easy to smile naturely when you're tired and hungry. I only had a fish burger since 9am til 4pm.

We left the studio at 4plus after taking a cup noodle. We went to Botanics garden and Labrador Park. We are very tired liao hence never go anywhere else. Last station, we request him to comes Dear's condo swimming pool.

Overall, i didnt really enjoy my photoshoot. I scare the photos will turn out like shit. I am very bloated because i come that thing and on top of that, i got no strength to smile. Sigh. Disappointed with today.

To cc or not to cc that idoit boss

Sometimes I really don’t know if I should cc my correspondence with my overseas counterparts to my boss. If I don’t cc him and he catches me, he will warn me saying if anything happen, he’s not responsible. But when I cc him, he will pick on my English. He will interpret this and that and say cannot say like this, cannot say like that. Very tired lor, don’t know when to say what. He’s damn troublesome and picky. Nowadays, I really don’t like to send out email. He did this almost everyday until I very pekcek. Walao, I really wish to get out of here soon.

Gown Fitting

Was initially schedule on 17 May then change to 19 May then PMB called and tell me that seamstress was sick so changed to 21 May. Was pissed off at first but bopian. Hope they don’t change anymore cos my PS is on 24 May. Everything was like all packed together. Stress man

How we spend the long weekend

Sat morning went for training at Richard’s house. Ron, an Australian counterpart came to give us some tips. He is really good. I like his style of approaching. Unlike Winston, abit rigid. Keke.

Then afternoon, we went Uncle Ah Keat’ house to pay them a visit as his wife jus given birth to a baby girl. So cute, the hair is so black. After that, we went Grandpa’s house for dinner.

On Sunday morning, we were being waked up early in the morning to send Grandpa to visit an old relative who fell down the stair. She is a 90plus lady and after the fall, she actually recovers very fast. What a healthy lady. We are all amazed.

Late afternoon, we went Robinson to look for mattress as there was a sale, have been looking out all the while but cannot finalize. Finally, after browsing we went home and think about it, we confirm to buy Sealy King size mattress. The comfort is there but price is ex. We thought of signing up Robinson card then go for installment then his parent said they will pay for us, give us as our wedding gift :)

Yesterday was a tiring day. Early morning, we went for breakfast. After, we went to buy our bed frame. We confirmed getting a Dunlopillo storage bed and a black one. Afternoon, we went Robinson to order the mattress. After which, we went Friven Co and bought our bed sheets. We spent $150 for a set of premier bed sheets. Gosh. Luckily, it was 50% off. Then, we passed by Furniture warehouse and we went in and look for our bed side table. We came across this study table and we think is suitable for us. Was thinking whether to buy or not. Still considering.

In the evening was the most shack, we were asked to go walking the Henderson wave with them. We climb up a flight of stairs at Mount Faber. That one already exhausted me sia. Then we continue to walk. We walked thru Henderson wave then followed by Alex Arch. Alex Arch was the scariest one cos it was like floating in the air and my legs are jelly cos I am afraid of heights. I think we walked almost 2hrs to complete the whole walk. Today, I am damn tired. My back is aching. I really feel like going to see a doc to get MC…………………

4 more months to go

Time flies. Today is already 13 May; it left me exactly 4 more months to prepare for my wedding. Dear is not anxious at all. We haven’t got any new furniture for our room. Don’t know what size of bed to buy, don’t know what layout to place our furniture. Haven’t decide where to print our invitation cards etc.

Now I don’t know what is there to get prepare for our ROM on 26 July. Do I need to bring anything?? I am simply clueless. So sian, I don’t find it enjoyable. Hope all these can quickly get over.

Yummy Yummy Birdnest

Yesterday my future MIL brew birdnest and this morning each of us had a bowl before we left for work.

Yummy. Nourish my skin for my photoshoot, haha. Sometimes think about it, they’re really generous. They don’t sting on food. Once a while, they will prepare birdnest for the whole family. For me, I spend very little on food, hehe. I thrift to buy other things. Keke

Achievement

Recently I managed to recruit 2 persons in my Usana business with high potential. My business partners called them “Eagle”.

How I get to know them?

The first person was initially my customer thru yahoo auction. He wanted to buy some products from me. Then I just casually asked him if he’s interested in being a member as I have another order which the points added to his products can be a member. He agrees with a meet up. I arranged another business partner to present the business plan to him. He’s very opened minded and see the opportunity in Usana hence on the spot, he sign up 1 business center. Just recently, he upgraded to 3 business center. Smart choice! In long term, he will be able to see the result :)

The second person was dear’s uncle. He was approached by another person in Usana. And so happen that day we were all at grandpa’s house and his mum heard him saying he wanted to join. She told him why not join my team whereby another auntie is also with me. It was really amazing when the next day; he called me to arrange a meeting with my director. Yesterday, I arranged him to meet my director during lunch time, after an hour talk, he signed up 3BC. He sees this business an opportunity and he’s very enthusiastic. His company recently retrenched a lot of people hence he wanted to help them by introducing this business to them.

I am looking forward to work with them. As now I am busy preparing my wedding stuffs, I have asked my business partners to help me to bring them to training and give them guidance. After my wedding, I will work hard towards my early retirement :) I wanted to have extra income for my little darlings in future. I hope to stay at home and look after them myself without fearing that there’s no income.

Although dear just got a new job, I wanted to ease his burden also. We work hard for our future.

Beside that, she is making meat dumpling (Shui Qiao). She make really nice dumplings. Anyone interested in buying for house gathering, can order for her. 60 dumplings for $20. Can order in smaller quantity, at least 30.
